Mussel risotto, Nelson's M&F mussels, saffron, Bianco tomato, parmesano reggiano, fennel, spot prawn tuille

Duck meatball, Johnny cake, black cherry compote, butternut squash emulsion, arugula

Souther smothered Capital Farmd Braised oxtail, Carolina gold dirty rice, red wine onion gravy, apply & celery slaw
