Dinner gatherings around our farm's table are a culinary experience that begins around sundown. We invite the area's best Chefs to share their knowledge of great food sourced from AZ local farms and vineyards.
Sometime just before sundown, as the hens set to roost and the goats have settled in for the day the farm gates will open just for you. After you park and walk toward the garden entrance.
You’ll be greeted with a craft cocktail upon arrival, followed by a 5-7 course meal complemented by wine pairings. After dessert, opportunity will present itself to converse with your new friends over freshly brewed coffee before departing for the evening.
From Chef Derek: We spend many a days building a menu, and it’s never truly finished until it’s in print. Even then, it’s open to interpretation. To stay aligned however I keep one close throughout the dinner, guiding the guest, and sometimes myself. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Chef Derek writes: "This menu is the skeletal intent of the dinner, which is always a delicate collaboration with farmers and their crops. As with all truly farm-driven meals, the menu is always subject to slight changes due to the unforeseeable nature of, well, nature. Guests are invited to be open to trusting menus as we work with other local farmers and purveyors to create menus that highlight the best and most interesting ingredients home to each region."
Guests with gluten, dairy, soy and most other intolerances or sensitivities can be usually be accommodated. Guests who have severe allergies or vegan are asked to not partake.
Whatever is comfortable, closed toed shoes are recommended and consider the season in which you are dining at the farm - perhaps a light jacket.
Due to the nature of our events, we're unable to offer refunds. However, tickets are transferrable to alternate guests. Send us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange the change.
