Early Spring and late Fall are the seasons we try to schedule our wellness gatherings for women. Read more here.

This years gathering was sweet - mostly because we had new baby goats (of which have all gone to their homes - always sad) and because I invited my friend Jocelyn Kempe (an extraordinary sourdough bread maker) to join me at the farm and bring sourdough.

It's beautiful to see women take time off from the buzz to find a spot at the farm and knit, chat, sip coffee and explore the beauty. Check out this you tube short snippets of the morning.
