A few days ago, I received a text message from Chef Adam while he and Franny are exploring and journeying through the culinary delights of Italy. From Modena, he writes, "Next dinner is gonna be an inspiration from this trip. Visiting six cities. Each course will be inspired by each city. Those pizza ovens will come in handy."

I can't even imagine to what Chef will create from his journey to Modena. He and Franny were able to secure reservations at Mossimo Bottura's restaurant.
