GOATS ON THE FARM

The goats that roam the pasture produce beautiful rich milk for our soft, buttery and creamy award winning goat milk caramels (that are in our online shop and various retail shops) and the cheve and drunken goat cheese made at the farm. Our herd currently includes five Nubian dairy goats: Lola, Maisie, Hope, Polly Grace and Pearl. As you peek into their pasture you might notice them under the big mesquite tree spend time chewing their cudd or munching on alfalfa or mesquite pods.
