Periodically, we get asked for interviews about our farm, our caramels, our skincare line, our goats, our story. . . and it's always a request that humbles us. Staci Hauk, of North Scottsdale Lifestyle Magazine reached out to me in February for an interview on our farm and what our connection to the community is about. It was a delightful interview and as I shared/reflected I realized that Michael and I have gone through this process of "evolving" into what we believe our community connection is about. As I have written so many times in the past that the table is central to how we connect to others in our community. Gathering around the table with simple, good food is core to what we believe is important. On Thursday mornings, farm guests gather around tables at our farm. On Friday evenings for our (once a month or so) farm to table dinners, farm guests gather around our tables as well.
