We will join Phoenix based cheese shop owner, Jenni Zink of Shea Cheese for a 1.5 hour class to learn the art crafting a beautiful charcuterie board. 

I have always wanted to learn how to make an inviting grazing board so, come join me for an intimate evening where we will learn how to create a beautiful, inviting spread for your next gathering. This workshop will be held in my farm kitchen. Seating is for 8 guests.

How to select the tastiest cheeses for flavor. . . 

How to fold salami and arrange it on your board. . .

How to pair cheese with wonderful accompaniments . . .

How to arrange your board - making it visually beautiful . . .
