You won’t want to miss joining us at the farm for an udder to table cheese making experiencing. * You will learn how to make chevre (not the round which is a drunken goat gouda type in image).
Our tentative Cheese-making agenda for the day:
6:30 am - Rise and shine and arrive at the farm for our farmstyle goat cheese quiche and organic French Press coffee or garden tea selection..served in our one of the farm's gardens.
7:15 am - Get an udder view - time to milk the girls. You’ll experience the start of where your cheese comes from as we go through our daily milking process.
8:15 - Processing milk and all that goes with it.
Noon ish - Farm Style salad lunch, cheese platter and Moroccan mint tea served in one of our farm gardens.
Mingled in and out your time at the farm will include just the right mix of a how to and hands - on educational experience of the beautiful fermentation of raw milk into glorious cheese. You will make your own cheese.
