The magic begins when the sun sets, the stars light up and you arrive at our farm for a memorable culinary experience with Chef Adam Allison, a 2018 Food Network Chopped Champion.
As always, the evening, which begins at sundown, promises to be a beautiful experience under the stars with Chef Adam.
A little bit about Chef Adam
Chef Adam is an award-winning chef who attended Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in Scottsdale. He has been featured on or cooked for; Esquire TV, Food Network’s Eat St., Guy Fieri’s Super Bowl Players Tailgate Party, The 2018 Masters, Food Network Chopped, and Food Network Chopped Tournament of Champions. He has owned several successful food trucks and is currently the chef-owner of Handlebar Diner, United Catering, and KetoAZ.

Tickets are $138 (does not include tax) + consists of a 5-course dinner with selected wines prepared by the Chef. We are sorry, but we are unable to refund the tickets. If you are unable to join us for the evening please find someone else who will be able to take your place.
Because our Chef prepares the menu from local/in-season product, You will receive an email about two days before the dinner date with Chef's working menu, your arrival time, which will lend itself to the experience, suggested attire, and ambiance of a setting sun, and of course, the address of our farm in Scottsdale.
