A Trip to France Changed My World

It was the summer of 2006 that I experienced the most amazing soft, buttery and creamy salted caramel. That experience happened in St. Jean de Luz, France at a little confectionery called Henriettes.

Fast forward to the summer of 2010 when Michael and I brought home the first of several goats from a northern Arizona goat dairy to start our own herd.
