Farm to Table Brick Oven Pizza Suppers
Our farm's first Farm to table brick oven pizza supper happened in a magical sort of way on Friday evening March 10th. Around 25 lovely folk graced our table for our first of many to be scheduled pizza suppers. Michael and I are so thankful for the time Chef Rick of The Scottsdale Resort gave us in serving us for this first supper. I want to introduce you to Chef Rick Dupere of The Kitchen West at The Scottsdale Resort. His love of food is evident with the glorious creations he comes up with here at our Farm to Table Suppers and at the beautiful resort. He gathers baskets of fresh produce from all the gardens at our farm and then he and his team cook, create, serve as we and our farm guests gather around a big farm table under the arbor.
I am delighted to let you know that Chef Rick and his team will be hand tossing the evenings pizzas as we watch the fire cooking those brick oven pizzas on March 10th at 6 pm. VERY LIMITED SEATING!
