Let me tell you about Haley. She's the owner of a delicious organic + mindful home bake shop in Phoenix: Salty Cocoa. You can catch a glimpse of this gentle hearted, kind and ever smiling Haley here. The day Haley, her darling husband and two littles came to the farm, I knew there was something special about her/them. Haley is a home baker, and like Laura of Pickett Fence Pastries here, dreams in the night of all sorts of goodness like these Organic Carrot Cupcakes with Vanilla Bean Cream Cheese Frosting and Salted Pumpkin Seeds. As you know, Laura bakes and brings her baked goodness to our farm on the 1, 2, + 4th on Thursdays. And what you might not have known is now Haley + Salty Cocoa will be at the farm on Third Thursdays. That would be THIS Thursday, March 15th. (The Farm is open from 9-11:30 am.)
