The French inspiration for our caramels. Where you can get them.

In 2007, I spent part of the summer in Basque Country - Spain and France and while enjoying all that culture and the people and the architecture (I have probably 1000 or more pictures) on of the memories that stands out is this adorable confectionery known as Henriet. It's one of the most amazing chocolaterie in Basque Country and it's located in St. Jean de Luz.

After my discovery, an every other day 3 minute trip was made to indulge in Henriet's salted caramels. I'd not always been a caramel fan until I'd experienced their experience.

Fast forward to 2013, it was those caramels - soft, buttery and creamy that became the inspiration for The Simple Farm award winning caramels (2014 Good Food Awards finalist). Using fresh goats milk and only organic, non gmo ingredients - is what makes our caramels peoples first choice for a caramel.
