To inspire you, we have added a new farm class to our (9 am) Thursday morning schedule: The Craft of Cooking with Chef Eric Encinas.
From week to week this class will vary. At times Chef Eric will be shopping our market - gathering different foods - to craft a meal with those foods over at our farm orchard. Other times, you'll learn specific culinary skills - for example - all about knives.
This class will have limited seating and advanced registration is necessary. The class fee will vary from week to week. Most weeks the meal crafted will be enjoyed by the class participants.

May 1st - Seared Salmon with root vegetable puree and dandelion fennel salad with honey citrus vinagrette
May 8th - Mother's Day Farm Style Omelet
May 15th - Pan roasted chicken breast with tumeric risotto and mixed green salad
May 22nd - Pan seared ratatouille
