France inspired me and specifically a small confectionery in St. Jean de Luz called Henriette's. While spending time in France, I'd visit - almost every other day and head straight to the sea salt caramels. Today, I make a sea salt caramel every bit as amazing as those caramels in that small confectionery.

Made with fresh goat milk, organic cream and organic butter along with non-GMO organic light corn syrup and just the right combination of organic pure cane sugar, organic/fair trade Madagascar bourbon vanilla and a sprinkling of sea salt will satisfy your caramel cravings. There's a reason our original caramels caught the taste buds of the folks from The Good Food Awards™ (as a finalist!).
