Dark Chocolate and Wood Fire Pizza

Friday evening was a wonderful evening under the garden lights - with a few good friends - rolling out the dough, drizzling a good Italian olive oil and just the right amount of Chris Bianco and DiNapoli tomatoes, adding fresh grated asiago and thin slices of mozzarella and then just the amount of snipped basil and a few just gathered tomatoes. Pepperoni too.

It wasn't just pizza. It wasn't just wood fire oven pizza. It was an experience and we are so thankful for our friends who experienced it with us. To be with friends, in the cool of the evening - gather around the warmth of the brick oven and watch as this magic happens is an experience, indeed.
